Rich Lacey

Rich is an experienced solutions architect with a passion for coding and creativity. He has spent the last 20 years within this sector and has  Microsoft Certified Professional Status, Rich has obtained multiple MCP qualifications as well as network security and firewall awards.  He was one of the first engineers in the UK to receive a Kaspersky Data Lab Security Technician qualification.

Rich’s drive and business vision led him to develop a successful creative agency where he guides other businesses to maximise their potential through information technology. Over the last 12 years he has supported hundreds of businesses providing web hosting and technical solutions. He provides consultancy and guidance on the best strategy to sustain success. He has recently been awarded “Most Innovative Web Design Agency 2021 – South West, England” & “Excellence Award for App Design & Development Services 2021”

Rich knows that ROC Care Systems has the potential to help many carers and individuals. He is driven to design a highly sophisticated technical infrastructure to ensure ROC is both accessible to its users and scalable. He has the vision to guide an effective strategy so that ROC’s value can be disseminated to the people it will help most.
